INFORMATIVE NOTE
The present report on the final approval of the LOCAL PLAN OF BURNS OF THE MUNICIPAL TERM OF AIGÜES.
In view of the serious problem that the forests in this municipality represent, the consequences of a forest fire and covered by the Regulation of the Forestry Law of the Valencian Community (Article 148), it was agreed to approve the LOCAL PLAN OF BURNS ( PLQ), to act as a fundamental regulation, within the municipal term, in the management of the cultural use of fire.
The scope of this PLQ, is the entire territory of the municipality of Aigües.
The Local Plan of Burns includes, among others, the following:
General Rules for the realization of all fires
Processing of applications
Duration of municipal authorizations
As the City Council is competent to issue the authorizations for agricultural fires and margins of cultivation, to more than 50 m of forest land, at the request of the interested party, the management of authorizations will be more agile.
The applications are, at the disposal of the interested ones, in the City council as well as in the catalog of formalities of the Electronic Seat
