From Thursday 21 january on Update covid-19 measures.
Closing of all bars and restaurants
Except for take-away (both from the restaurant itself as from delivery)
Closing of all shops at 6 pm
except for food stores, pharmacies, and other essential shops
Curfew at 10 pm
The national government is requested to advance this to 8 pm
Confinement of the Valencian territory
The borders of the Valencian Territory are closed; crossing the borders only when adequately justified.
Limitation of groups in public and private spaces
The number of people that can come together in social or family-meetings stays 6.
Closing of all sport facilities
except for professional sporters
This will last for 14 working days.
¡¡ IMPORTANT INFORMATION COVID-19 ¡¡

Because of the sanitary crisis we are going through and the considerable growth of the number of cases in our village the municipality of Aigues appeal to our inhabitants to:
- Only leave their houses if strictly necessary.
- Avoid all unnecessary social contacts.
- In bars and restaurants: wear your mask all the time, only to take it off when you are actually eating or drinking.
- Respect the maximum amount of people in shops, bars etc
- Avoid gatherings at the entrance of the shops
Apart from that, the municipality takes the following measures, operational from tomorrow Tuesday January 12:
- The Plaza de la Iglesia will be closed off, as will be the parks and public gardens and the
Polideportivo municipal
- the library will only be open for loans and returns
- Visits to the town hall on appointment only, at the side entrance or by telephone. Until further notice visits to the town hall are restricted; the building is open only for the employees

Rehabilitation of our CEIP Mirador d’Aigües
Good evening,
Yesterday the works to renovate our school Mirador d´Aigues have started with the removal of the prefab aula – a work we can do thanks to the 750.000€ we received from the Department of Education in the context of their Building Plan. After four years of struggle for the improvement of the installations of our school we can finally say: it will come true. Shortly we will inform you more elaborately on the scheduled works and the different stages.
